Terms of Service
Helkstore.eu Online store (Seller) is operated by VIU OÜ (reg. nr.12389084). The following terms apply to all users of Helkstore.eu online store (Buyer). By using this online store the Buyer confirms being familiar with the terms, agreeing to and willing to accept them.
On issues that are not regulated in Terms of Service, the Seller and Buyer will be guided by statutory requirements.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. The changes will not be applied retrospectively.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (20%). The prices or availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Placing an Order
It is most convenient to order from this online store when registering yourself as a user of the online store. This gives you the opportunity to see information about yourself and the latest order status under “My Account”. After registration the user obtains a user name and password to always log in safely and to easily make purchases.
To purchase from Helkstore.eu online store you need to choose suitable products and add them to your shopping cart. You can view the items in your cart, remove them, change amounts or go to checkout by clicking “View Cart”. After having reviewed selected products and amounts you should click “Go to checkout”.
On the checkout page the Buyer has to fill out the fields of name, address, e-mail, and phone number. A quick and smooth delivery depends on the accuracy of the given information, so we recommend checking that all the data is entered correctly. On the checkout page you can also choose different addresses for delivery and invoice.
Next, choose your preferred delivery and payment method from the checkout page, which detailed specifications are outlined below. When all the data has been reviewed, click “Submit order” to confirm your order, after which you will be directed, according to the selected payment method, to pay for the goods through a bank link or by credit card. After a successful payment an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address noted in the order.
The Seller reserves the right to abandon the sale of the goods ordered, in case the price or characteristics of the product are incorrect due to human error, technical problems in the system, the ordered goods are out of stock, or the buyer doesn’t comply with this online store’s terms of services. In this case the Seller will contact the Buyer and give a full refund or offer a replacement product.

For easy and safe collection of payments the Seller uses the payment solution of Maksekeskus AS. This gives the opportunity to pay conveniently with bank links of Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Nordea, Danske Bank, Krediidipank and with MasterCard or Visa credit cards. The currency in which payments are received is Euro.
When paying through a bank link, the beneficiary of the payment will automatically be Maksekeskus AS or VIU OÜ. By Visa or MasterCard payment the requisites of VIU OÜ will appear on the Buyer’s bank statement.
Delivery of Goods
Delivery of the goods will be in accordance with the choice the Buyer has made at checkout, using the transportation services of Omniva. In the event the order has been placed on a workday before 12.00 p.m, the Seller will forward the goods to the transportation company the same working day. If the order has been placed after 12.00 p.m on a working day or at the weekend, the Seller will post the goods the following working day.
Omniva parcel machines are located in 31 larger settlements in Estonia where parcels can be picked up every day and round the clock. The parcel machines are located in traffic areas outdoors and are always accessible. Goods ordered before 12.00 p.m will be forwarded to Omniva the same day, and are promised to be delivered the next day all over Estonia, including the islands.
Omniva courier will take the parcel to the Buyer’s home or workplace, delivering shipments to all addresses in Estonia with no geographical restrictions. The courier will call the recipient to agree on suitable delivery day and time. In case the courier is unable to contact the receiver, the Buyer will be notified by sms or e-mail about the parcel’s arrival to the nearest post office. The courier will also leave a message on paper in the receiver’s mailbox.

Delivery of goods within Estonia will be free of charge for the Buyer if the order total to Omniva parcel machines is at least 50 Euros. When ordering goods with Omniva courier service, the delivery within Estonia will be free of charge if the order total is 75 Euros or more. Free delivery is automatically calculated at checkout when the above minimum amounts are fulfilled.
14-day right of return and order cancellation
In the event the Buyer wishes to cancel the order and the Seller has not yet sent the order, it’s possible to do so. To cancel your order you need to send corresponding request to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the order number and payment information (your name and account number)
The Buyer can return unused goods within 14 days and get a full refund or get replacement products, announcing the corresponding wish within the deadline to: email@example.com, stating your order confirmation number and payment information (your name and account number). Returnable products must be sent back within 30 days of notification of return and the returning expenses will be payed by the buyer in amount of 10 Euros. Refund for the returned product will be sent to the Buyer’s bank account within 30 days of the arrival of the returned product.
Right of return will not apply when the product has been used, it’s not in original packaging, or the package is damaged. It also does not apply to goods returned in a sealed package, which are not eligible for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and in the event they are opened after delivery.
In such cases the Seller will not give the Buyer a refund, will not take the product back and will deliver it back to the Buyer.
In the event the product is returned because the Seller has sent a wrong item, the Seller will compensate the purchase amount together with returning expenses within 30 days of receiving notice about the wish to return the product.
In the event the product has reached the Buyer damaged due to delivery or does not correspond to the description, the Buyer has the opportunity to present a complaint within two months of defect occurrence. The Buyer has the right to submit a claim within 2 years of receiving the goods and the Seller should be contacted about the claim within two months of defect occurrence. The Seller does not take responsibility for defects that have occurred because of nonconformable use of purpose or violation of the goods.
Processing of personal data
It is perfectly safe to buy from Helkstore.eu online store. The Seller will never publish the Buyers’ personal data to unauthorized persons and will use them only to fulfill the orders and to forward news about relevant products or services, except for when the Buyer has expressed a wish not to receive such news.
